Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we offer a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    Refunds are only applicable if the item received is physically damaged or defective upon delivery.

  2. Video Proof Required
    To be eligible for a refund, customers must record an unedited video while opening the parcel.

    • The video should clearly show the parcel in its original, unopened state.

    • It must capture the full unboxing process, highlighting the damage or defect.

    • Any claims made without this video evidence will not be accepted.

  3. Time Frame
    Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

  4. How to Request a Refund
    Please email us at beadstreee@gmail.com with:

    • The order number

    • The unboxing video

    • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4 to 5 business days after we received the product.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if we sent you wrong item.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
